WHAT WE DO
AY Renovation Project AB is an architectural design and renovation company with 18 years of experience in the field. We undertake renovations as well as any other work related to repairing and restoring of any interior and/or exterior space/building (villas, houses, apartments, offices, conference rooms, showrooms, libraries, shops, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, gyms, hotels, roofs, gardens, etc) working with our own teams of technicians.
We construct and present the architectural design proposal of the project to the client, we undertake the execution of the works with our own teams of technicians, as well as the detailed supervision at the specific space where the renovation takes place, being competent and well experienced to solve any problem that may unexpectedly arise during the works in progress.
We also offer home styling as well as design ideas and advice/consultation on any other interior and/or exterior space. Additionally, we do the market research, the sampling to the client, the product supply and overall the whole managing of the project from start to delivery, bringing about the best possible outcome. During these processes, an ongoing interactive exchange of ideas and suggestions takes place between us and our clients.
Furthermore, we offer exclusive designs of products, to serve both functional as well as design/aesthetic purposes. As our own teams of technicians execute all the works related to the renovations we undertake -whilst being guided and supervised for achieving an optimal result- same goes for the custom-made procedure of any product that we uniquely design and install.
COMMUNICATION
At AY Renovation Project AB, we like to have direct communication and cooperation with our clients, meeting with them when needed and making sure that the end result always meets and even exceeds our and their expectations. We listen to their personal wants and needs, whilst having an open mind to suggestions and the flexibility to adapt and adjust to nuances that may come up regarding a particular architectural proposal and/or design idea. We respect each and every unique desire whilst always making the appropriate professional suggestions, as we ought to do.
At the same time, we are guiding our clients in seeing the progressive realization towards the achievement of an optimal end result, delivered step by step through the creative processes during the course of the renovation and through the interaction we have with them in the meantime. Our main goal for all of our projects is to make sure that the end result always meets our and our clients’ expectations and even exceeds them, both on the technical/functional level as well as on the aesthetic/design level of our work.
