Once we are asked by our clients to visit and look at any damage and/or natural deterioration of any part of their property, we take notes and the relevant photos which show the specific problem, so we are able to then make the appropriate study on the particular issue that needs repairing and/or maintenance. Proper and thorough selection of data reflecting the problem, is a must.
This way, we can provide the best and most time-sustaining solution to it, so it will be eliminated and not reappear. Most of the problems concerning damages in properties can be permanently resolved. In some instances, this is not doable for various different reasons. If so, we let our clients know that regular maintenance is required for sustainability.
