Black & White Boutique
This is a total renovation of an old shop which got transformed into a modern, stylish, minimalistic, black and white boutique with a futuristic vibe. We took down all elements of the preexisting old shop, fixed the walls and changed the ceiling, creating a whole new different overall aesthetic. The only element that we kept was the old staircase, which we modified by repairing, restoring, changing its steps and painting it black, to fit the design and the new concept of the renovated boutique. The height of the space was too much for its size and so we lowered the ceiling to make it proportional.
We also repaired and restored the upper floor – which is hidden behind the hanging photo – to be used as a storage room for the products in stock.
Everything you see is designed and custom made by us, serving both functional and design purposes: cast epoxy resin floor over the preexisting ceramic one, metallic designs, changing room, illuminated desk functioning as a counter and as a display of products, metallic logo, printed and illuminated animated photo hanging from the ceiling, black and white wallpaper, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, white wooden surfaces placed on the walls to serve the purpose of products display, mirrors designed and installed to serve both functional and aesthetic purposes, lighting design and lighting units/spotlights provision.
Our supervised teams of technicians, following our designs and instructions, custom-made and appropriately placed and installed all elements.
