Contemporary Villa
A complete rebuilt of an old villa, renovated exteriorly and interiorly, becoming a whole brand new villa, combining modern, neoclassical and vintage elements of architecture and design, blending together harmoniously.
The architecture and design was done by us and executed by our supervised teams of technicians. The whole villa was taken down with only the structural elements remaining and was rebuilt, achieving a total and complete transformation. Nothing reminded of the old villa.
We studied, designed and installed whole new upgraded electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and heating systems, in order to meet the technical and functional expectations of the rebuilt villa.
We totally renovated the 2 bathrooms and the 3 bedrooms and replaced all existing furniture, including the lighting units and the preexisting curtains, which were replaced by wooden window blinds. We chose, provided and installed different color wooden parquet flooring in all areas of the villa, except from the 2 bathrooms where we applied ceramic. Those were chosen through the process of sampling presentation.
The only interior element that we kept was the wooden kitchen cupboards, which were repaired and painted with light olive green colour, to match the new overall aesthetic of the villa. We however replaced the sink and the counter and installed an absolute white granite.
As we do with all of our projects, we did the market research and came up with a suggested sampling to the clients and in cooperation with them, we decided on all interior and exterior elements and materials.
The old garage on the lower level of the villa was canceled and in its place we built a small one-bedroom apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen. As with the interior so as to the exterior of the villa, everything was renovated and transformed, as you can see in the photos.
We replaced the old concrete exterior staircase with a metallic one with wooden steps -which we designed, custom-made and installed- and also replaced the preexisting ceramic garden floor with grass.
We designed the garden lighting, provided and installed the lighting units. You can also see some of our custom-made product designs in this renovation project, such as the roof and the pergola below it, the front door with its unique pattern installed on the white-colored glass, the staircase in the garden, the interior furniture, the fireplace in the living room and the exterior and interior lighting.
The overall result of this complete renovation, brought about a hundred percent transformation of what the villa used to be, rendering it unrecognizable. The exterior and interior parts of it, blended together successfully, creating a homogenous and harmonious overall outcome.
